CWP Server Down Status: Resolved
Priority - Critical Affecting Server - CWP #1

While performing daily maintenance, we noticed that the main CWP server is currently returning a 502 Bad Gateway error on every access point, the affected regions are the following:

  • Any website currently being hosted on the CWP server
  • Customer Control Panel (port 2083)
  • Reseller / Admin Panel (port 2031)

The issue is currently being investigated and will be solved as soon as possible.
