Prices exclude VAT. VAT is worked out in the cart for your country. The domain: on Start and Standard you register it through us or transfer it to us, so we can manage it. On Advanced and Enterprise a .ro, .com, .net or .eu domain is included in the subscription, renewals too, for as long as you subscribe. Either way it is registered in your name. Prices are from the last check; the cart shows the current price.

Before you order
How does a website subscription work?
We build the site, host it and look after it, and you pay one monthly fee. There is no down payment and no setup fee: design and development, hosting, SSL, updates and the everyday changes are part of the subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel from your client area. The site stays online until the end of the period you paid for, then we stop hosting it. The domain stays yours.
Who owns the domain?
You do. On Start and Standard you register it through us or transfer it to us, so we can manage it. On Advanced and Enterprise a .ro, .com, .net or .eu domain is part of the subscription, renewals included, for as long as you subscribe. Either way it is registered in your name.
How long until the site is ready?
Start takes about 48 hours, Standard 48 to 72 hours. Advanced and Enterprise depend on how complex the site is; we agree the deadline at the start.
What counts as an everyday change?
New text, swapped photos, updated prices, an adjusted section. Send them in a ticket. Anything bigger, such as a new feature, we talk through first.
Can I switch to another subscription later?
Yes. Write to us and we move you to the new subscription from your next invoice.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is worked out in the cart for your country (21% in Romania), and you see the total before you pay.
Where do I order, and who invoices me?
You order in the CrockyHost cart on crocky.host, and CROCKY S.R.L. issues the invoice. Your client area, invoices and tickets are there too.
