What to watch out for
- The label, before the order
- When you sell food at a distance, buyers must see the label information, allergens included, before they order. We put it on each product's page.
- Selling online has rules
- An online shop needs terms and conditions, a returns policy and the company details in plain sight. We build them into the site's structure; the legal wording you settle with your lawyer.
- Your own photos sell
- Photos you take of the real products sell better than catalogue shots. We tell you how to take them with a phone.

Can customers pay on delivery?
Yes: cash on delivery or bank transfer works without card payments. Card payment on the site comes with the Enterprise subscription or a shop paid once.
Who adds new products?
In a shop, you do, from the admin panel. On a subscription business site, you send them and we add them.
